Documentation for this section has not yet been entered.

The Expression.NodeType property provides a more specialized description of an System.Linq.Expressions.Expression than just its derived type. For example, a System.Linq.Expressions.BinaryExpression can be used to represent many different kinds of binary expressions, such as a division operation or a "greater than" operation. The Expression.NodeType property would describe these binary expressions as ExpressionType.Divide and ExpressionType.GreaterThan, respectively.

The static CLR type of the expression that the System.Linq.Expressions.Expression object represents is represented by the Expression.Type property.
