MessageBaseThe NTLM challenge response is a series of three messages exchanged between a client and a server. This class implements the basic and common functionalities for the three messages type.
NtlmFlagsFlags used in the different messages during a NTLM challenge response.
Type1MessageA Type1 message is used by a client to identify (host, domain) itself to a server and to negotiate the challenge/response parameters (flags).
Type2MessageA Type2 message is used by a server to return a nonce (a random value) as a challenge to the client to negotiate the challenge/response parameters (flags).
Type3MessageA Type3 message is used by a client to answer the challenge issued by the server.
